Please read these terms carefully before using the bgt33 platform. Account registration, bonuses, payments, gaming rules, and responsible gaming guidelines are all explained in detail here.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions:

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

  • Each individual may create only one account.

3. Account Registration

4. Account Security

Each member is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their own account. The following points must be kept in mind:

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The following rules apply when depositing funds to bgt33:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (applicable for all methods).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
  • The account holder and the payment account owner must be the same person.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • bgt33 reserves the right to complete verification before processing a withdrawal request.
  • Withdrawals may be on hold if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
  • If suspicious activity or fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be delayed or cancelled.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The bgt33 welcome bonus is up to 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

  • A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to activate the bonus.
  • Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.
  • The bonus can only be claimed once and is not transferable to another account.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus has its own validity period and wagering conditions, which are communicated separately at the time the bonus is issued.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously or consecutively unless bgt33 explicitly permits it.
  • bgt33 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if evidence of fraud or breach of terms is found.
  • Bonus abuse or bonus hunting is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

7. Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when gaming on bgt33:

  • The individual rules of each game apply in accordance with the guidelines of the game provider.
  • Results of incomplete games due to technical errors will be reviewed and either restored or declared void.
  • When placing a bet, members are advised to be sure before confirming — opportunities to reconsider are limited.
  • bgt33 is not responsible for any loss in a game caused by loss of internet connection.
  • The outcome of any game is determined by software, and the right to challenge it is limited.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on bgt33 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Any attempt at fraud, deception, or hacking.
  • Bonus abuse or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
  • Operating more than one account.
  • Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
  • Operating an account using a third party's funds or identity.
  • Intimidating or threatening bgt33 staff.
  • Playing games using automated software or bots.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bgt33 platform — logos, graphics, software, text, images, and designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of bgt33. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use of this intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Members may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

bgt33 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

  • If the service is disrupted due to technical errors or server outages.
  • If a member's account suffers loss due to the member's own negligence or a third party.
  • If a gaming session is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
  • If a transaction is disrupted due to delays from the member's payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgt33's liability shall in no case exceed the actual amount deposited by the relevant member.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure by bgt33

bgt33 may close or suspend any member's account for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraud or deception.
  • Failure to verify age.
  • Prolonged inactivity (no transactions on the account).

11.2 Closure by Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account. It is the member's responsibility to complete all pending withdrawals before closing the account.

12. Responsible Gaming
